When you first receive your case, you may notice that the material feels stiff, especially in colder temperatures. This is normal due to the thick, padded construction and heavy duty inner and outer fabric.

To help the zipper move more smoothly:

Gently flex or stretch the fabric around the zipper to loosen it slightly.

If there are any creases, you can use a hair dryer on low heat to warm the material and relax the fabric. You can also put it 2 feet away from a heater for 5-10 mins, Do not overheat.

Avoid using force around the corners. If the zipper feels stuck, take your time and adjust the angle slowly until it moves smoothly. Over time, with regular use, the zipper and material will naturally break in and become much smoother to open and close.

Please note that the case is designed to function best when filled. The zipper will close more easily once items are inside, as this helps support the structure and shape.
