Getting Your Case Ready to Use

I made a huge mistake while packing this product and ruined the entire inventory. The printed QR code paper stored inside the case left a permanent pink stain on the base of the bag. Thank you for still picking one up.

1. When you first receive your case, the material may feel stiff, especially in colder temperatures. This is completely normal due to the nature of the material.

2. To help the zipper move more smoothly, flex and stretch the fabric around the zipper to loosen it slightly. Avoid using force around the corners. If the zipper feels stuck, take your time and adjust the angle slowly until it moves smoothly. Over time, with regular use, the zipper and material will naturally break in and become much smoother to open and close.

3. If there are any creases in the material, you can use a hair dryer on low heat to warm the material and relax the fabric. Hold it at a distance where it should feel warm to your hand but not burning.

4. Please note that the case is designed to function best when fully filled. The zipper will close more easily once items are inside, as this helps support the structure and shape.

5. I highly recommend pairing this case with AKC Dividers for better organization. For smaller items like concealers and lip gloss, you’ll need 2 sets, while 1 set works well for larger products.

6. The flap of the case is designed to be the same height as the bag, so when you fold it back, it rests against your surface and helps keep the case open while you work.
