PALETTE INSTRUCTIONS
If you speak English, watch the video. If you don’t speak English, translate the instructions below.
Cleaning: Use a lightweight makeup remover or a makeup wipe, then dry thoroughly with a paper towel. For tougher stains, use a stronger option like waterproof makeup remover or brush cleaner. For powder residue and dust buildup inside the palette, use an air duster.
Sanitize: Spray alcohol onto a paper towel and wipe the surface until fully dry. Do not spray directly onto the palette. Avoid any liquid entering the hinges, as this can weaken the plastic over time and may cause micro-cracks in the hinges after about a year.
Handling: Never hold your palette by the clear top. When the palette is filled with products, it becomes heavy, and holding it this way puts stress on the hinges, which can damage it over time.
Protect: For powder products, use kitchen liners inside your palette for an extra layer of protection. This is important if you travel often with your kit.
Palette 1.0: The first time you use Palette 1.0, you may find it a bit tricky to open the lid. Naturally, you might try to open it by placing your thumbs in the center, but this makes it harder to open. Instead, place both thumbs near the corners where the logo is.
